2. Eligibility and Accounts / 자격 요건 및 계정

• 연령 기준 / Age requirements. 법정대리인 동의 없이 계정을 생성하려면 미국 COPPA상 만 13세, 한국 개인정보보호법 제22조의2상 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. 그 미만은 법정대리인(부모/보호자)의 동의가 필요합니다. (Users below the applicable minimum require verifiable parental consent — COPPA / PIPA §22-2.)
• 서비스·국가별 추가 연령 기준. SNS·금융 등 개별 서비스는 거주 국가와 서비스에 따라 더 높은 연령 기준이 적용될 수 있습니다(예: SNS 만 13~16세(EU GDPR Art.8 회원국별), 금융 서비스 만 19세). 기준 미달 시 해당 서비스 이용이 제한되거나 본인·연령 인증이 요구됩니다.
• 정확한 정보 제공 의무 및 기만행위 책임 (민법 제17조). 이용자는 가입 시 연령·본인 정보를 정확히 제공해야 합니다. 이용자가 위조 신분증 사용 등 적극적인 방법으로 연령·신원을 속인 경우(사술), 민법 제17조에 따라 미성년자 취소권 등 관련 보호 규정의 적용이 제한될 수 있으며, 그로 인한 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자 및 법정대리인에게 있습니다. (Users who actively deceive as to age or identity — e.g., by using forged identification — may forfeit the protection of minor-cancellation and related safeguards under Civil Act Art.17; responsibility for the consequences rests with the user and their legal guardian.)
• One account per person (1인 1계정 원칙). Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or sold.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

3. Acceptable Use / 이용 규칙

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized intrusion, hacking, or exploitation of systems
• Distribution of malware, spyware, or harmful code
• Violation of intellectual property rights (copyright, trade secrets)
• Abuse, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or stalking
• Circumventing security mechanisms, DRM, or license controls
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without written permission

Security research activities must be conducted only on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.

4. Licenses and Restrictions

• Licenses are granted, not sold.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software unless permitted by law.
• We may suspend or revoke licenses for violations.
• License activation may be tied to specific devices.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

• Payments are processed by third-party providers.
• Prices may change at any time.
• Digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• We are not responsible for payment processor errors.
• 미성년자 결제 취소권 (민법 제5조·제141조). 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 한 결제는 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있으며, 이 경우 회사는 현존이익의 한도에서 반환합니다. 연령·동의 게이트 통과 여부와 무관하게 적용됩니다. (Minors' purchases made without guardian consent are voidable; refunds are limited to the remaining benefit. EU: GDPR Art.8(3) — 회원국 일반 계약법은 영향받지 않음.)
• 청약철회 (전자상거래법 제17조). 관련 법령이 정하는 범위에서 청약철회·환불 권리가 보장됩니다. (단, 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 경우 등 법정 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다.)

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain the exclusive property of Aegis Sentinel Lab and its licensors.

7. Experimental and Beta Features

Some Services may be provided as beta or experimental features. These may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Use them at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses risk to us or others
• Required by law or regulation

Upon termination, licenses granted to you will automatically end.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis Sentinel Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the previous 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aegis Sentinel Lab from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Export Compliance

You agree not to use or export the Services in violation of applicable export control laws or sanctions regulations.

13. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without liability.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms / 약관 변경

We may update these Terms periodically. For material changes (e.g., new data collection, new third-party sharing, or changes to liability), we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice via email or service announcements (사전 고지). For minor changes, 7 days' notice will be provided. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

한국어: 약관 변경 시 효력 발생일 기준 최소 30일 전에 이메일 또는 서비스 공지사항을 통해 사전 고지하며, 이의 없이 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

17. Security Monitoring & AI Detection / 보안 모니터링 및 AI 탐지

Our Services employ advanced security systems including Invisible Digital Watermarks and Anti-Bot Firewalls to protect the integrity of our registration and consent processes.

• Screenshot / Recording Prohibition: Capturing, recording, or photographing the terms review or quiz screens is prohibited.
• AI & Bot Detection: We actively monitor for automated tools and AI-assisted inputs. Detected attempts will result in immediate registration denial.
• Always-On CAPTCHA: Login and registration always require CAPTCHA (hCaptcha) verification (상시 발동). 모든 로그인·회원가입 시도에 캡차 검증이 적용됩니다.
• Behavioral Analysis: Input timing, mouse patterns, and other behavioral signals are analyzed as part of our fraud detection pipeline.
• Legal Enforcement: Violations may result in claims under applicable copyright laws, trade secret protection laws, and computer fraud statutes.

한국어: 본 서비스는 회원가입 절차 전반에 비가시적 디지털 워터마크 및 크롤링 차단 시스템을 적용합니다. 스크린샷 촬영, AI 모델 활용, 자동화 봇을 이용한 부정 가입 시도가 감지될 경우 회원가입이 즉시 거부되거나 계정이 영구 제한될 수 있으며, 저작권법 및 영업비밀보호법에 따른 법적 책임이 발생할 수 있습니다.

18. 계정 위험 점수 및 전역 잠금 / Account Risk Score & Lockdown

회사의 자동화 보안 시스템은 로그인·기기·계정 활동을 분석하여 계정 위험 점수(Risk Score, 0~100)를 산정하며, 이는 커뮤니티 행동 기반의 사회적 점수(Social Score)와 별개입니다. 점수 구간에 따라 다음이 자동 적용됩니다.

• 0~25 (안전): 제한 없음
• 26~50 (주의): 모니터링 강화
• 51~75 (위험): HEX-A 작성·업로드·외부 링크 차단
• 76~99 (심각): HEX-A 읽기·쓰기 전면 차단
• 100 (LOCKDOWN — 선택적 동의자 한정): Aegis Lockdown 사용에 동의한 이용자에 한하여 계정 전역 잠금(로그아웃·이의신청을 제외한 모든 기능 즉시 차단)이 적용됩니다. 본 잠금은 고정(sticky)되어 점수 감소로 자동 해제되지 않으며, 이의신청에 대한 관리자 승인으로만 해제됩니다. 미동의 이용자는 100점에 도달해도 전역 잠금 대신 위 76~99 구간의 표준 제한만 적용됩니다.

한국어: 계정 전역 잠금(LOCKDOWN)은 가입·설치 시 Aegis Lockdown 사용에 동의한 경우에만 활성화되며, 설정에서 언제든지 동의를 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다. 동의 시 100점 도달 시 계정이 전역 잠금되고 이용자는 즉시 알림을 받아 이의신청으로 해제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 모든 판정은 감사 로그에 기록됩니다. (본 웹 계정 잠금은 구매자용 ASCC 기기 봉쇄(Aegis Lockdown)와 동일한 동의에 연동됩니다.)

19. 커뮤니티(HEX-A) 이용 및 사회적 점수 / Community & Social Score

HEX-A·커뮤니티 기능을 이용하는 경우 다음에 동의합니다.

• 이용자 콘텐츠(UGC): 게시물·댓글·업로드한 이미지/동영상에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 회사가 서비스 제공·표시를 위해 해당 콘텐츠를 호스팅·표시하는 데 필요한 범위의 비독점 라이선스를 부여합니다. 불법·유해·타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠는 사전 통지 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.
• 신고(Report): 이용자는 부적절한 게시물 또는 사용자를 신고할 수 있으며, 회사는 신고 내용을 검토하여 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
• 사회적 점수(Social Score, 0~100): 커뮤니티 행위(독성 표현, 다수 신고 등)에 따라 부여되며, 계정 보안 위험 점수(Risk Score)와는 별개입니다. 점수 구간에 따라 다음 조치가 자동 적용될 수 있습니다.
  • 70~79: 7일간 게시 제한 (RESTRICTED)
  • 80~89: 30일간 계정 정지 (SUSPENDED)
  • 90~100: 영구 차단 (BANNED)

한국어: 사회적 점수는 커뮤니티 행동에만 적용되며, 보안(계정) Risk Score와 독립적으로 운영됩니다.

20. 연령(성인) 인증 및 성인 전용 기능 / Age Verification

• 결제·라이선스, 금융 KYC, 광고 등 일부 기능은 성인(연령) 인증을 요구할 수 있습니다. 이를 위해 신분증·여권 이미지를 제출할 수 있으며, 제출은 선택입니다(미제출 시 해당 기능 이용이 제한됨).
• 제출된 신분증 이미지는 생년월일·나이 확인 목적으로만 사용되며, 검토 완료 즉시 원본이 파기됩니다(개인정보 처리방침 제2조 참조).
• 입출금 등 저위험 금융 기능은 가입 시 등록한 생년월일 기준 만 13세 이상이면 이용할 수 있습니다.

21. 광고 / Advertising

서비스에는 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다.

• 광고 타게팅 및 성과 측정은 성인 인증을 완료한 이용자의 정보에 한하여 이루어집니다.
• 회사는 미성년자(연령 미인증 이용자)의 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Aegis Sentinel 이용 및 ASCC 관제 동의서 (구매자용)

본 동의서는 Aegis Sentinel 솔루션 설치 및 ASCC(Aegis Security Command Center) 서비스 이용을 위해 사용자(구매자)가 반드시 확인해야 하는 법적 고지 및 동의 사항입니다.

1. 서비스 이용 및 권한 위임

• 커널 레벨 보호: 본 프로그램은 Windows 커널 레벨에서 동작하며, 위협 탐지 시 시스템 프로세스 및 네트워크 패킷을 즉시 제어할 수 있는 권한을 가집니다.
• ASCC 관제 위임: 사용자는 본인의 시스템 보안 관리를 ASCC에 위임하며, ASCC는 24시간 리스크 스코어(Risk Score)를 분석하고 기록합니다.

2. 하드웨어 수준의 봉쇄 (Aegis Lockdown) — 선택적 동의 (Opt-in)

동의하신 경우에 한하여, 계정 위험 점수(Risk Score)는 안티바이러스·금융·서버·AI·OS·HEX-A 등 전 서비스 활동을 종합해 산정되며, 100점(위험 임계치)에 도달하면 아래 기기 격리 조치가 예고 없이 즉시 시행될 수 있습니다.

• 통신 제한: 모든 인터넷(Wi-Fi, 데이터) 및 외부 연결 차단. 단, 긴급 전화·문자(SMS) 등 긴급 기능은 유지됩니다.
• 시스템 격리: 앱 실행 중단 및 파일 접근 차단(Storage Isolation). 다만 사용자가 사전에 지정한 예외 앱은 잠금에서 제외될 수 있습니다(향후 제공 예정).
• 해제 절차: Lockdown 상태는 ASCC의 승인 또는 지정된 본인 인증 절차를 통해서만 해제 가능합니다.

3. 데이터 수집 및 법적 대응

• 증거 보존: 해킹, 데이터 유출 등 보안 사고 발생 시 원인 파악을 위해 로그 및 관련 메시지 데이터가 보존됩니다.
• 수사 협조: 솔루션 악용 또는 중대한 보안 범죄가 의심될 경우, 수집된 IP 및 식별 정보는 관련 수사 기관에 전달될 수 있습니다.
• 책임 제한: 본 솔루션은 방어 목적으로 제작되며, 사용자가 프로그램을 우회하여 발생시킨 법적 문제나 개인의 부주의로 인한 피해에 대해 개발사(ASL)는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보 및 보안 키

물리 보안키: ASCC GATE 이용 시 배급되는 물리 보안키는 본인이 엄격히 관리해야 하며, 분실로 인한 보안 사고의 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

동의 확인 양식 (예시)

• [필수] Aegis Sentinel의 커널 레벨 시스템 제어 권한 부여에 동의합니다.
• [선택] 리스크 임계치(100점) 도달 시 발생하는 'Aegis Lockdown'(기기 격리) 조치에 동의합니다. — 미동의 시 Lockdown이 제외된 표준 안티바이러스 버전으로 작동합니다.
• [필수] Legal Risk Response 지침에 따른 로그 보존 및 법적 책임 소재를 확인했습니다.
• [선택] ASCC의 24시간 실시간 모니터링 및 위협 분석 서비스에 동의합니다. (물리 보안키 발급 조건)
